Frozen Silver Fish (Whitebait) per kg

Whitebait refers to young fry of fish that are commonly between 25-50 mm long. Since young fish often travel as school, they are easily caught using fine-meshed fishing nets. 

There are plenty of reasons to buy this Frozen Silver Fish, one being that they're great tasting but they're also dense and pack a punch of more nutrients than meets the eye. 

It is best to spread flour on these small fish and fry them in a frying pan. They are nice and crispy and perfect with a lemon squeezed on top.
